GEB Homes LLC is a privately held real estate investment company. We purchase residential real property for our own account and portfolio in the Metropolitan Indianapolis area. GEB Homes LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. When we purchase a property from you, we act as the buyer and represent our own interests, not yours.

5. Assignment of purchase agreements

GEB Homes LLC may assign a signed purchase agreement to an affiliated entity or to a third-party buyer. Where we intend to assign a contract, we disclose that intent in the written purchase agreement before you sign it. You will always know before signing whether we intend to close in our own name or to assign.

6. Submitting information to us
